Highlights-
As a General Manager he successfully restructured and turned around
a US$36 million, 150 person US business unit, increasing gross
margins by 16% and reducing operating expenses by 12%.
In his North American and European sales roles he delivered the
single largest deals in the history of two previous employers and
signed the two largest worldwide channel partners at one of these
companies. He also built and nurtured indirect sales channels in
Europe from scratch, achieving sustained and profitable sales
contribution. This activity was the catalyst for his employer to
successfully switch from fully direct to fully indirect sales
worldwide.
In his various marketing leadership roles Sean has built and led pan
European and worldwide marketing groups, responsible for all aspects
of the marketing mix, including product definition and delivery,
messaging, positioning, packaging and pricing, lead generation,
sales tools and collateral creation and all stakeholder
communications.
